Bookings & Reservations

All reservations at Pazuri Homes are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit agreed at the time of booking. Reservations made via WhatsApp are provisional until deposit payment is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may forfeit the deposit. Pazuri Homes reserves the right to apply discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 14:00 EAT. Standard check-out is 11:00 EAT. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the natural environment, property, and other guests at all times. Pazuri Homes reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund if conduct causes disturbance or damage.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES). USD equivalent prices are indicative only and subject to the prevailing exchange rate at time of payment. Pazuri Homes reserves the right to amend pricing without prior notice.

Liability

Pazuri Homes takes reasonable care to ensure guest safety. However, we accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where caused by our proven negligence. Guests participate in all outdoor activities at their own risk.
